The AHEPA FIRST PARTY SPRING CAUCUS is scheduled for Saturday, April 5, 2025 in Houston, Texas We will start promptly at 9:00 AM with a working lunch and will conclude by 1:00 PM for those flying out.
We are meeting at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel located near Houston Intercontinental Airport, 15747 John F Kennedy Blvd. Houston, TX 77032.
Hotel rooms are available both Friday and Saturday, April 4 & 5 at an amazing rate of $109 – rate includes breakfast, complimentary free parking, and complimentary airport shuttles run every 30 minutes between Bush Intercontinental Airport to the Hotel. Hote phone number is 281-848-4000.
